不同麻醉方式下腹腔镜胆囊切除病人血浆肾素与血管紧张素浓度的变化 被引量:8

Changes of plasma renin activity and an-giotensin Ⅱconcentration in patients underdifferent anesthesia during laparoscopy chole-cystectomy

摘要 观察硬膜外阻滞与全麻下腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)时病人围手术期血浆肾素活性(PRA)与血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)的浓度变化,并与开腹胆囊切除术(OC)比较,结果发现两种麻醉下行LC时PRA与血浆AⅡ浓度均明显高于OC组,而以硬膜外阻滞者增高更为显著。提示不同麻醉方式下行LC时对人体应激系统和生理代谢的影响不尽相同。 This study observed the changes of plas-ma renin activity(PRA ) and plasma an-giotensin Ⅱ(AⅡ)concentration in patientsunder general or epidural anesthesia during la-paroscopic cholecystectomy(LC )and comparedthese changes with that in patients during op-erative cholecystectomy(OP).It was foundthat during LC PRA and plasma A Ⅱ concen-tration in patients were significantly elevatedas compared with those during OP,and thesechanges were more marked in patients underepidural anesthesia than in patients under gen-eral anesthesia The mechanism of thesechanges was also discussed.
