Island skin flap for repair of soft tissue defect in the hand

我科采用７种岛状皮瓣，修复手部软组织缺损５４例，皮瓣全部成活。根据皮瓣解剖及转位途径，其中手部岛状皮瓣５种．余为前臂岛状皮瓣和尺动脉腕上皮支皮瓣。介绍了每种皮瓣的解剖特点及应用体会。岛状皮瓣具有血供丰富、血管蒂较长、皮瓣质地好、并可携带神经等优点；手术难度不高、成功率高、易于普及。

Abstract We have repaired 54 cases of soft tissue defect in the hand with 7 kinds of island skin flap and all of them succeeded. Ac cording to the location of flaps, there are 5 kinds of hand flaps. 1 forearm flap and 1 ulnar super carpal cutaneous artery flap. The anatomical characters and clinical experiences were reviewed. These flaps have adequate blood supply, long vascular pedicle and good contour. The procedures relatively easy and the success rates tire high.
