摘要
周围神经损伤治疗效果愈早修复愈佳,但多年来由于伤情不同而存在着不同观点。我们用恒猴作实验,以明确其周围神经损伤如不修复,感觉小体何时完成退变过程?实验选用成年恒猴5只,用猴的双手环指作两侧指神经切断不修复,分别于术后8、12、30周在光镜下观察感觉小体退变情况。结果如下:8周后感觉小体萎缩.游离神经末梢有断裂现象;第12周感觉小体萎缩和断裂更加明显;第30周光镜下只能看到残存的感觉小体的痕迹。说明在神经损伤后30周.感觉小体基本完成了迟变过程。随着失神经时间的延长,感觉小体发生了质的变化,这些变化与一些学者提出的神经损伤的修复时间超过4个月,感觉功能恢复明显下降的观点是一致的。
Abstract The course of stnsory body degeneration was observed in 5 rhesus monkeys. The nerves of ring fingers of both right and left sides were desected. Microscopic study was done at 8、12、30 weeks after operation. Atrophy of the sensory bodies and split of free ends of nerves were found at 8 weeks, which was more obvious at 12 weeks. Only residues of the sensory bodies were found at 30 weeks, indicating completion of degeneration, This result is in accordance with the view that the sensory restoration decreases significantly after 4 months delay of nerve repair.
