血吸虫病鼠肝脏表皮生长因子的免疫组织化学观察 被引量:5

摘要 作者以SABC免疫组化方法,观察免疫调节期和肝纤维化早期的血吸虫病鼠肝表皮生长因子(EGF)的表达与分布。发现感染血吸虫尾蚴6、8周小鼠肝有EGF的阳性反应物表达,散在分布于肝小叶内和虫卵肉芽肿旁,呈膜型、跨膜型和胞浆型分布。同时透射电镜发现肝贮脂细胞增生、活化,Disse腔胶原沉着。本研究提示虫卵在肝内沉着,诱导EGF等细胞因子释放,激活贮脂细胞等,招致肝细胞外基质异常聚积,形成肝纤维化,进而导致门静脉高压症。 AbstractIn this immunohistochemical study we examinedthe expression and localization of the epidermal growthfactor in liver of mice infected with schistosoma japon-icum during regulatory phase of immunology and earlyphase of hepatic fibrosis. EGF immunostaining is local-ized along sinusoids and within cytoplasm of centrilob-ular area and around ova granuloma at 6,8 weeks of in-fection,Proliferation of Ito cells and collagen deposi-tion in Disse space were found by electron microscope.The data led us to conclude that the ova depositing inliver could excite the release of EGF and cytokines,then promote proliferation of Ito cells and overgrowthof extracellular matrix (ECM)under thendothelium,resulting in hepatic fibrosis.
