骨的原发性非何杰金氏恶性淋巴瘤五例报告

Primary Non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphoma of bonein 5 patients

作者报道５例骨的原发性非何杰金氏恶性淋巴瘤。其病变可累及全身骨胳，但以股骨及骨盆为最多。此病无特殊的临床表现及Ｘ线表现，故诊断极为困难。此病原发于骨胳而无任何其它组织起源的证据，最终需病理检查确定诊断。此病的治疗是以放疗为主，可辅以外科手术及全身化疗。

AbstractThe authors report here 5 cases of primary non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphoma of bone.All bones ofthe body can be involved,but the commonly inflicted ones are pelvis and femur. This kind of lymphoma pos-sesses no special clinical features and X-ray manifesta-tion,so it is very difficult to be diagnosed and easilymisdiagnosed,The diagnosis can be made with the fol-lowing 5 items:( 1 )local significance;(2)X-ray mani-festation;(3)bone origination;(4)the no proof of o-riginating from other tissues;and(5)pathological ex-amination. This kind of lymphoma is mainly treatedwith radiotherapy,and adjuvant surgical treatment andchemotherapy are sometimes given.
