增殖细胞核抗原在原发性胆囊癌中的表达及其意义

本组采用增殖细胞核抗原／周期素（Ｐｒｏｌｉｆｅｒａｔｉｎｇｃｅｌｌｎｕｃｌｅａｒａｎｔｉｇｅｎ／Ｃｙｃｌｉｎ，简称ｐｃＮＡ／Ｃｙｃｌｉｎ）的单克隆抗体ＰＣ－１０，以ＡＢＣ免疫组织化学法检测原发性胆囊癌３１例、胆囊腺瘤及瘤样病变１０例、慢性胆囊炎７例，其ＰＣＮＡ指数依序为３７３．４８±２１９．８３、９４．９±９３、５６±２８．６８。ＰＣＮＡ指数在胆囊恶性病变高于良性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。ＰＣＮＡ指数越高胆囊癌分化程度有越低的趋势（ｐ＜０．０１）。ＰＣＮＡ指数高低与胆囊癌病理组织类型、Ｎｅｖｉｎ分期、ＴＮＭ分期均未测出显著相关性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。

AbstractAnti-PCNA monoclonal antibody and ABC stain-ing were used to study the expressions of proliferatingcell nuclear antigen/cyclin in patients with primarygallbladder carcinoma (31 cases),adenoma and tumor-like lesions of gallbladder(10 cases),and chroniccholecvstitis(7 cases).The PCNA indices were 373.48±219.83, 94.9±93,and 56±28.63,respectively.This index was significantly higher in malignant lesionsthan in benign diseases(P<0.01).There was a tendency that the higher the PCNA index,the lower dif-ferential degree of the gallbladder carcinoma(P<0.01 ).But there were no significant correlations be-tween the PCNA indices and the pathohistologicaltypes, the nevin classifications and the TNM classmca-tions of the gallbladder carcinoma(P>0. 05).
