金蒸汽激光光敏疗法预防膀胱癌术后复发的效果

Tumor recurrence prevention using photodynamic ther-apy after treatment of bladder cancer

自１９８６年以来应用血噗啉衍生物（ＨＰＤ）－金蒸汽激光－球状光纤对２１例膀胱癌术后患者进行了预防治疗。随诊６个月～５年，１年内肿瘤复发率为１４％。虽然其效果与膀胱内化疗相同，但该法治疗只需１次，患者痛苦小。作者认为：如在治疗后６个月至１年时再予治疗一次，其效果或可进一步提高。

AbstractPhotodynamic therapy with hematoporphyrinderivative was given to 21 patients with recurrent tran-sitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. Each patient re-ceived red light(630nm)derived from a gold-vaporlaser machine into the bladder. The light dose was giv-en to the whole bladder by using the bulb diffuser withpower density ranging from 36 to 72J/cm￣2. All pa-tients had a complete response at 6 months,Three ofthe 21 patients had tumor recurrence at 12 months.This new light delivery system appears to be effectivein the prevention of bladder cancer. Photochemoth-erapy is as useful as bladder chemotherapy. Its preven-tive effect will be elevated if it is repeated 6～12months after first treatment.
