小腿筋膜皮瓣治疗膝关节严重烧伤

Treatment of severe burn of knee joint with fasciocutaneous flap of the lower leg

作者采用小腿筋膜皮瓣治疗５例严重膝关节烧伤。术后皮瓣均成活。伤后１个月内手术的３例关节腔１期封闭。除２例关节融合者外，其余３例愈合后关节活动均正常或基本正常，外观均较满意。作者结合近年小腿筋膜皮瓣的有关文献，就此方法的要点及优点进行了讨论。

AbstractBurn of knee joint often happens on the extendedside surface and hurts the articular capsule and cavity. Five pdtients with severe burn of knee joint were suc-cessfully treated with fasciocutaneous flap of the lowerleg. After the operation, all the flaps survived. Threepatients' articular cavity got initial sealing-up. Excepttwo patlents'joints merging, joint movement was nor-mal or near normal,and with satiofactory appearance. The timing, key points,and advantages of this opera-tion were disccussed.The fasciocutaneous flap of thelower leg is a good selection for severe burn of kneejoint.
