全营养混合液中氨基酸和维生素的稳定性

作者报道了一种全营养混合液（ＴＮＡ）的配方，并将其置于乙烯代醋酸乙烯酯（ＥＶＡ）３升输液袋，在４℃和室温２５℃避光保存２４ｈ后，观察其稳定性其中１７种氨基酸和维生素Ａ、Ｅ、Ｃ、Ｂ＿１、Ｂ＿２的浓度无明显改变。１例长期肠外营养患者用这种ＴＮＡ液已８年半余，营养情况良好，无维生素和氨基酸缺乏的临床表现和血生化测定指标异常。４２例用ＴＮＡ行全肠外营养３１～９３天（平均５９±２４天），营养状况明显改善。

AbstractWe reported a formula of total nutrient admixture(TNA)used in our patients。 During 24 hours of stor-age shaded from daylight at 4℃ and at room temperature (25℃), the concentrations of 17 kinds of aminoacids and vitamin A,E,B_1 , B_2 in the TNA prepared inEVA plastic bag were not changed significantly. A pa-tient who has been on this TNA for parenteral nutri-tion for more than 8. 5 years is in a good nutritionalstatus。 with no clinical manifestations in difficiency ofvitamins and proteins。 42 patients receiving this TNAon TPN for a period ranging from 31 to 93 days wereimproved significantly in their nutritional status。
