Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic stent shuntperformed under ultrasonic guidance

经颈静脉肝内门体分流术是近年来兴起的一项新的介入放射学技术。目前国内多在Ｘ线检查下完成。作者采用术前多普勒肝内血管超声和术中日超引导，改进了单纯凭借Ｘ线进行肝静脉和门静脉系统造影的操作过程，简化操作程序，减少放射暴露时间，用此法我们成功地为２３例患者进行了肝内门体分流，术后出血停止，近期疗效确切。

AbstractWe visualized and located the portal and hepaticvenous systems before and during the procedure oftransjugular intrahepatic portosystemic stent shunt(TIPSS ) with color Doppler ultrasonography insteadof X-ray in 23 cases in our hospital since November1993.TIPSS was performed under US guidance,andhad the lowest freouency of failure. The gastro-esophageal hemorrhage stopped immediatedly with lesscomplication,the ascites was alleviated.US assistedTIPSS is a safe and simplified procedure.
