激素性股骨头坏死动物模型的诱导和观察

Experimental steroid osteonecrosis i n rabbits andpathologic findings

采用马血清注射造成家兔过敏性血管炎，肾上腺皮质激素成功诱导出股骨头缺血性坏死的模型。墨汁动脉灌注和病理检查，显示股骨头内终末动脉损害，动脉血供中断是骨坏死的可能病因。骨坏死早期显示骨髓内生血细胞坏死，脂肪细胞增大并融合成片，灌注动脉减少，尤以软骨下骨为显著。中晚期显示骨细胞坏死，骨髓内纤维化，灌注动脉逐渐增加并有修复现象。

AbstractOsteonecrosis of femoral head was experimentallyinduced in adult rabbits by employing a combined pro-tocol of hypersensitive vasculitis and administration ofhigh dose corticosteroids.By using lndia ink introarteryinfusion microangiography and pathologic examination,we found that the damage of terminal arterioles and in-terruption of blood supply of terminal arteriole wascausative pathogenesis.In the early phase, the haemopoietic necrosis and enlargement of fat cell in thebone marrow occurred.The perfused arterioles de-creased ,especially in the subchondrol bone,In the lat-er phase,the osteocytes showed necrotic fibrosis inbone marrow. The perfused arterioles increasedgradually and repairtive changes began.
