肝癌引起胆管内阻塞性黄疸的外科治疗

Surgical treatment of obstructive jaundice caused byhepatocellular carcinoma

从１９９１年１月至１９９３年１２月，作者对７例原发性肝细胞癌侵入胆管内引起阻塞性黄疸的患者，采用外科手术治疗，其中２例行总胆管切开肿瘤清除，Ｔ管引流；５例行肝叶切除。改善了患者症状，提高了生活质量，延长了生存期，取得较好效果。

AbstractBetween Jan. 1991 and Dec. 1993,7 patients withobstructive laundice caused by hepatocellular carcinomaunderwent transcholedochal cancerous embolectomy plus T-tube drainage of the biliary tract,in 5 patientswith hepatectomy. Detailed discussion was made an theoperative procedure and the operative results. The au-thors indicated that intensive surgical operation is effec-tive in relieving symptoms and prolonging life-span.
