透明质酸钠防止屈肌腱粘连的实验研究 被引量:28

摘要 以鸡爪为动物模型,研究透明质酸钠对损伤肌腱的愈合和术后粘连形成的作用,以生理盐水为对照。透明质酸钠组在趾屈曲角度和肌腱滑动功能上,明显优于生理盐水组(P<0.01)。实验组肌腱愈合好,表面光滑无粘连,腱周有假鞘形成,假鞘与肌腱间有一定的间隙;而对照组的肌腱与腱周组织粘连致密,境界不清。本实验证实高分子透明质酸钠具有防止肌腱粘连的作用。 AbstractWith chicken paw as an animal model, we studiedthe effects of sodium hyaluronate product(SHP)onthe heal of injured tendon and the formation of post-surgical tendon adhesions.The function of digit flexionangle and moving function of the tendon in SHP groupwere remarkably superior to those of tendons in physi-ological salt solution control group(P<0.01).Tendons of the experiment group healed well,theirsurface was smooth without adhesion. False sheathwas formed around the tendon,and there was also agap between the false sheath and the tendon. Howev-er.the adhesion between the tendon and its sur-rounding tissue in the control group was donse withclear boundary.These results suggest that SHP has aprotective effect against the formation of adhesion inhealing tendon.
