摘要
作者测定了烧伤大鼠心肌组织内一氧化氮(NO)代谢产物水平。结果表明烧伤后心肌组织和cGMP水平均急剧升高,伤后24小时仍未降至正常。心肌组织含水量在伤后3~12小时显著高于对照组。给与单甲基精氨酸可使和含水量恢复正常。结果提示烧伤后心肌内NO产生增加为组织内一氧化氮合成酶活性升高所致。NO过多可能是造成心肌损伤的因素之一。
AbstractTo elucidate the relatioinship between thermal in-jury and production of nitric oxide (NO),we measuredthe levels of heart (the stable end productsof NO)and cGMP in rats with full thickness burn of30%TBSA.A higher level of heart tissue was observed from 3 to 24 hours after burn injury.Parallel to the changes of,there were in-creases of tissue cGMP level and heart tissue watercontent in burned rats.L-NMMA,a specific inhibitorof NO svnthetase(NOS).canblock the rise of beartand the enhancement of heart water con-tent. The results indicate that the heart injury causedby burn injury may be associated with induction ofNOS and formation of NO.
