摘要 作者对异体肌腱移植进行了免疫水干测定、组织形态学观察、再生能力及力学测试。结果证实超低温冷冻过程有明显降低肌腱组织抗原性的作用。应用异体肌腱移植修复各种原因所致手部肌腱缺损15例(33条肌腱),功能恢复理想,经1年半观察未发生排异反应。经超低温冷冻处理的异体肌腱移植可以替代自体肌腱移植。 AbstractAutologous free tendon grafting is a very commontreatment for tendon ddect of the hand. However,it isdifficult to obtain autologous free tendon grafts to re-pair patients with multiple tendon defects. We de-scribed the treatment using deep-freeze-stored tendonwith MEM and the establishment of clinical tendonbank.Allograft tendons were used successfully in 15patients clinically. In the experiments, we also per-formed a series of studies on immunity and repairing a-bility of the allogenic tendon grafts. The results indcat-ed that the treatmnet using deep-freeze-stored tendonwith MEM could reduce the immunogenicity of al-lograft.There was no significant difference betweenautograft and deep-freeze stored allograft 24 weeks af-ter operation, but there was a significant difference inthe fresh allograft 3 weeks after grafting, Based on ani-mal experiment, we established a clinical tendon bank.Deep-freeze-stored allogenic tendon grafts can be usedsuccessfully in place of autologous tenden grafts intreatment of tendon defect of the hand.
