摘要
本文报道与生体糖蛋白源性各种低聚糖(探针库)反应的临床分离菌1型大肠杆菌菌株附着于高甘露糖糖链和杂型糖链上,并由此引起对宿主细胞的附着,引发感染。另外,通过电镜观察了引起附着的4个菌株,发现其中2个菌株有纤毛,而另2个菌株无纤毛,从而证实自然分离之大肠杆菌的粘附体可位于纤毛上,也可位于细胞壁表面。
Type I ? coli strains isolated from patients with urinary tract infections reacted with a series of oligosaccharides derived from glycoprotein. These strains selectively bound to high-and hybrid-mannose oligosaccharides. This demonstrated that the mannose oligosaccharide's residues might be the receptor to which the type I E.coli adhered. Furthermore.the electromicroscopy revealed that four strains which caused adherence could be divided into two groups:two of them had fimbriae,and the other two strains no fimbriae observed. The findings perhaps indicated that the adhesin of naturally isolated E. coli might locate on the fimbriae and also on surface of cell wall.
