摘要
应用HBV-DNA原位杂交及ABC免疫组织化学技术发现了银屑病病损处组织中存在HBV-DNA及其表达产物。HBV-DNA、HBsAg、HBeAg和HBcAg阳性率分别为18/30、18/30、9/30、9/30。上述成份分布在表皮各层及真皮中,Munro′s脓肿处含量较多。此结果为探讨银屑病发病原因及建立新疗法提供了实验依据。
By HBV-DNA in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry technique , we found the exsistance of HBV-DNA and its expression products in the tissues of Psoriasis lesion. The positive rates of HBV-DNA,HBsAg,HBeAg and HBcAg were 60% ,60% ,30% and 30% ,respectively. The above components were distributed over each layers of epidermis and dermis,but the Munro'smicroabscesses weremore involved. The results could have provided the experimental basis for exploration of pathogeny.
