摘要
由非致病性分枝杆菌中提取出的多糖成分,命名为分枝杆菌多糖(Mycobacterial polysaccharides,MPS)。动物实验表明,MPS可增强小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬杀伤活性;提高小鼠产生抗SRbc抗体能力;促进经环磷酰胺处理小鼠减少的白细胞迅速回升;加强小鼠造血祖细胞功能及提高其血清GM—CSF水平。健康志愿者体内实验表明,MPS能提高人NK细胞的细胞毒活性。体外研究发现,在亚适剂量(40U/ml)IL—2存在条件下,可增强人LAK细胞活性;并诱导单个核细胞产生IL—2。上述结果提示,MPS不仅能增强细胞免疫功能和体液免疫功能,而且对造血功能也有明显的促进作用。
Polysaccharides extracted from non-pathogenic Mycobacteria,was named Mycobacterial polysaccharides(MPS). In experimental animals it was proved that MPS could increase the phagocytic and killing activity of peritoneal macrophages in mouse,enhance the production of anti-SRbc antibodies,increase the WBC count,which was inhibited by cyclophosphamide,strengthen the function of hemopoitic stem cells and the GM-CSF in sera of mice raised obviously.In the healthy volunteers,MPS could enhance the cytotoxic activity of NK cells. In the presence of suboptimum dose (40U/ml) of IL-2,MPS could strengthen the activity of LAK cells and induce the production of IL-2 from mononuclear cells in vitro.All these results indicated that MPS not only enhanced the cell mediated immunity,but also strengthened the hemopoietic function obviously.
