大肠癌发生不同阶段粘膜细胞形态计量学观察

Morphometrical Observation on the Mucosal Cells of the Large Intestine in Different Stages of Carcinogenesis

应用图象分析系统．对大肠管状腺癌（Ｃ）、癌旁不典型增生粘膜（Ｄ）、移行粘膜（Ｔ）和大肠正常粘膜（Ｎ）进行组织结构和细胞形态计量学测定及组间显著性检验、判别分类和细胞核尺寸的比较．均显示出管状腺癌、不典型增生和正常粘膜（或移行粘膜）之间，有非常显著性的差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），而移行粘膜与正常粘膜间差异不显著（Ｐ＞０．０５）．

Morphometrical asseasments of tiasue atructures and cell patterns of the cylindric adenocarcinoma, the atypical paracancerou. hyperplastic,mucosa,the tranaitional mucoss and the normal mucoss in thelarge intestine were observed by an image analysis system.Morphometrical assessment of cells test of significance among groups, discrimiuation of classea and comperison of the sise of the cell nuclei were performed.The results showed that there are great significant difference among the cylindric adenocarcinoma the atypical hyperplastic mucosa and the normal mucorsa (P<0,.01 ),and no significant difference between thetranaitional mucosa and the normal mucoss (P>0. 05).
