摘要
研究了经颅高压单脉冲电刺激在临床应用刺激参数条件下和超长时间刺激时对正常兔脑组织的影响。结果发现在临床应用刺激参数条件下(刺激电压1500V、脉宽100μs、刺激少于20次)不会引起正常兔脑组织病理改变;而超长刺激时(刺激1000次)可以引起电极下方神经细胞损伤,包括线粒体肿胀、空泡样改变以及细胞坏死等,损害深度约2~3mm。
The possibility of neural damage during eletrical transcranial brain stimulation for motor evoked potentials was studied in rabbits. The results show that no histological change was found in clinicalstimulating parameters (1 500 V. 100 μs)while the stimulation was carried out continuously less than 20times.The neural damage was found when the stimulation is applied continuously for 1 000 times. The finding of nearal damage in TEM were swollen mitochondria, chromatolysis and even neuron loss.The depth ofdamage was about 2-3 mm.
