摘要
对218例格林-巴利综合征患者进行了肌电图、神经传导速度和F波测定。根据电生理特征将结果分成了三种类型。Ⅰ型提示运动神经脱髓鞘病变,Ⅱ型提示运动神经轴索损害,Ⅲ型尚难确定是脱髓鞘病变还是轴索损害。由此说明格林-巴利综合征有二种类型,即脱鞘型和轴索损害型。
Electromyogram, nerve conduction velocity and F wave were studied on 218 patients withGuillain-Barre Syndrome. The electrophysiological changes of Guillain--Barre Syndrome could be devided intothree types based on the results of the examinations: type Ⅰshowed motor nerve demyelinating changes andtype Ⅱ showed motor axon damage, while in type Ⅲ,it was difficult to determine whether it was nerve demyelinating change or motor axon damage. Thus the results suggest that there be two types of Guillain--BarreSyndrome:one shows nerve demyelinating change and the other shows motor axon damage.
