法乐氏四联症心肌的电镜观察

Electron Microscopic Observation on Myocardium of Fallot's Tetralogy

运用电镜观察了１８例进行根治手术的法乐氏四联症患者心肌，其超微结构改变显著，每例皆表现为退行性变和增生性改变。结合病例我们认为手术预后除与适应症的选择、操作技术、术后监护及并发症的处理等直接有关外，心肌超微结构的严重改变也是不容忽视的因素。

The myocardium of the 18 cases of Fallot's tetralogy was obsered with electron microscope.There were the marked ultrastructural changes in all patients, Such as degenerative and hyperplasticchanges. From the results,we considered that the prognosis of Fallot's tetralogy is closely related to thechanges of myocardium ultrastructure besides the condition of patient, selecting indication,technic of operation, postoperative ears, and management of compeications.
