摘要
应用三组不同波长的低能量铜蒸气激光照射脐带血造血干/祖细胞,结果显示:经510.6nm(绿光)及578.2nm(黄光)激光照射的二组脐血造血细胞,经体外培养,造血细胞集落(GM-CFUc)较对照组显著增多(P<0.001~0.02),而经这两种波长激光同时混合照射的脐血造血细胞(混合光组)培养后增殖不显著(P>0.05).提示低能量铜蒸气激光对脐带血造血细胞有显著增殖作用,并与其对胎鼠和人胎骨髓造血细胞及人胎肝造血细胞的增殖效应相近.
The study demonstrated that the number of GM-CFUc from hematopoietic cells of human umbilical cord blood irradiated by copper vapour laser of both 578.2 and 510.6 nm was increased significantly than those of the nonirradiated control group and another group irradiated by the mixed laser of 578.2 and 510.6 nm together.The proliferativie effect of low energy laser on hematopoietic cells of human umbilical cord blood was similar to that on hematopoietic cells of human fetal liver and the bone marrow and from new born mice and human fetus.
