摘要
将60名早期孕妇随机分成照射组(用B型超声诊断仪照射宫内孕囊10分钟)与对照组(未经照射),均行人工流产取绒毛组织.以碱性解链作用与羟基磷灰石层析分离绒毛细胞单链、双链DNA,并以紫外分光光度法定量。结果表明,照射组与对照组间,绒毛细胞单链、双链DNA量及百分含量均无显著性差异(P>0.05),提示该实验用诊断超声未引起绒毛细胞DNA单链、双链断裂。
Sixty cases of early pregnant woman were randomily divided into two groups:exposure group(exposure to B-Mode diagnostic ultrasound for 10 minutes in uterus) and control group(no exposure to diagnostic ultrasound).During artificial abortion,chorionic villi in all cases were obtained.The single-strand DNA and double-strand DNA in chorionic villus cells were separated by the alkaline unwinding technique coupled with hydrooxylpatite chromatograpgy and quantified by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method.The result showed no significant differences between control group and exposure group in the quantation and the percentage of single-strand DNA and the double-strand DNA in chorionic villus cells.It suggested that upon the intensity and duration of diagnostic ultrasound used in this study,no strand DNA breaks in human villus cells were observed.
