摘要
利用高锰酸钾技术,通过扫描电子显微镜观察了经同步化处理培养的正常细胞在细胞周期各时相中内质网膜系统的立体结构变化,结果表明,细胞的内质网膜系统结构在细胞周期的过程中是一个动态的逐渐成熟的过程。
The endoplasmic reticulum(ER) consists of a complex system of tubules and lamellae, and has a variety of morphologies in different cells. In this stdy synchronized CV-1 cells were observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the morphologic changes of endoplasmic reticulum in the cell cycle were aprocess of assembly from fragments.During mitosis the reticulum disassociates into small fragments and then gradually to form a continuous reticulum in the interphase.
