摘要
１８例前列腺囊肿经会阴与经直肠超声引导下穿刺抽吸并注入酒精、四环素和庆大霉素治疗，全部成功，疗效满意，无并发症，二者各有其优越性。是治疗前列腺囊肿首选方法。
This article reports 18 cases of the treatment of prostatic cysts with intra-cystic injection of alcohol,minocycline and gentamycine by ultrasound guided puncture,all are successfully punctured,no recurrence has occurred after the operation. Follow-up effectiveness was satisfactory.This procedure is simply,economic,effective,safe,precisc and harmless to patient, and should be the choice method for prostatic cysts.
