摘要
应用图像分析仪测试87例北京地区15~39岁意外死亡的冠状动脉壁内、中膜细胞核数密度及面密度,结果:男性左前降支年龄性变化较明显,其内膜细胞核数密度、面密度以及其中膜细胞核面密度均有随年龄增加而逐渐降低趋势。提示随年龄增加男性在前降支血管壁逐渐老化较明显,这可能为其易于发生动脉粥样硬化的局部因素之一。
Coronary arteries of 87 autopsies,aged 15 to 39 years, died from accidents,were collected from Beijing location. The cellular nuclear numerical density(CNND) and the cellular nuclear area density(CNAD) were measured using image analysis system.The result showed that there was a negative correlation between CNND or CNAD of left anterior descending branch and age in male. This indicates that the wall of left anterior descending branch is aging obvlousiy, and it may be susceptsble to atherosclerosis.
