健康成人空运进藏短期内肺动脉压力估测及右室负荷检测

Detection of the Pulmonary Pressure and Right Ventricule Load in Healthy Subjects Entering high Altitude by air

摘要 应用多普勒超声心动图对空运进藏健康成人35例行心脏检测,结果发现,健康成人入藏后即出现高原肺动脉高压(HPH),第1天最为显著,系肺小动脉收缩所致,第3天时,肺循环血量增加亦成为其原因之一。此后HPH有所改善,但仍持续存在,机体建立起以第7天的肺动脉压水平为新的平衡.此时的肺动脉压与入藏5年的健康移居人相比无差异,肺动脉内径及右室内径随肺动脉压的变化而变化。 The cardiac struction and function of 35 healthy adults entering high altitude by air were measured by doppler ultrasonograph.The results showed, that the pulmonary hypertension appeared most was also higher than in lowland in the second and third days.The level of the pulmonary arterial pressure got a new balance in 7th day.The pulmonary arterial pressure of the healthy adults who remained in high altitude for 7 days was similar with the man living for 5 years,The pulmonary arterial volumes and right ventricular volume were also enlarged after the pulmonary hypertension appeared.
