活动力不足精子的线粒体变化──形态学和计量学研究 被引量:2

Changes of Micochonaria in hypoactive Spermtozoa──Morphological and Stereological Study

摘要 通过电镜观察和体视学方法,研究活动力不足精子的线粒体变化.结果是运动力不足的精子尾部中段存在较多胞质,线粒体排列方式呈现异常,线粒体内部的结构有退化现象。运动力不足的精子线粒体的体密度(VV)、外膜面密度(SV)和面数密度(NA)均小于对照组(P<0.05),线粒体的外膜比表面(RSV)则大于对照组(P<0.01),而线粒体的平均体积及平均外表面积和对照组比无差异(P>0.5).结果提示线粒体在形态学和计量学方面发生了改变,这可能是导致精子运动力低下的原因之一. By transmission electron microscopy and stereological techniques, the mitochondria of hypoactive spermtozoa were studied.The results showed:there was more cytoplasm in the middle part of the tail asthenospermia spermtozoa; the arrangment of mitochondria was abnormal; atrophied phenomena were noted in internal structure of the mitochondria; the volume density(VV),surface density(SV) of outer membrance and numerical density on area (NA)of mitochondria in the asthenospermia were smaller than those in the control(P<0.05);the ratio of surface to volume for the outer membrance phase(RSV)of mitochondia of asthenospermia was larger than that in the control(P<0.01); there was no significant difference between the mean volume and mean surface of mitochondria of asthenospermia and that of the control(P>0.5).The results suggested that the morphological and sterdlogical changes of the mitochonaria of the spermtozoa may be one of reasons effecting spermatozoal motility.
