磁控血管内磁性微球栓塞实验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Endovascular Embolization with Magnetic Polymethylmethacrylate Microspheres

摘要 将三种不同粒径聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)磁性微球分别注入磁场控制的股动脉,进行血管内磁性微球栓塞研究.术后X片、股动脉造影及病理检查显示,磁控时间5min,不能形成稳固磁栓;磁控时间15min,30~50μm磁性微球组有稳固磁栓形成;磁控时间30min,则均能形成稳固磁栓.实验表明,磁栓稳固性及栓塞效果与磁性磁球粒径和磁控时间有关。 For investigating focal intravascular embolization, the magnetic polymethylmethacrylate(PMMA) microspheres in three sizes were respectively introduced into magnetic controlled canine femoral arteries.After the embolization the arteries had been checked by means of X-ray plain film, angiography and pathology.The results demonstrated that if the magnetic control was less man 5 minutes, the coagulating embolus of magnetic microspheres in various sizes could not remain constant.If the magnetic control prolonged to 15 minutes.some in 30-50 μm diameters were persistent.All the magnetic microspheres could be obsewed persistently in over 30 minutes magnetic control.The experimental study indicates that steadiness and effect of the intravascular embolization with magnetic controlled PMMA microspheres.
