周围神经损伤和修复功能评价的方法学探讨

A STUDY ON FUNCTIONAL ASSESSMENT OF THE PERIPHERAL NERVE INJURY AND RE- PAIR

通过对１９１例周围神经损伤和修复病例的随访，提出在综合评价神经功能时，应包括运动、感觉和自主神经三项指标综合评定；对运动功能的评价应区别部位对待，即前臂中下段及腕部神经损伤用Ｌｏｖｅｔｔ法评定，前臂上段或其它神经用ＢＭＲｃ法评定，井适当提高疗效评价的ＢＭＲＣ评定标准，使Ｌｏｖｅｔｔ和ＢＭＲＣ两种运动功能评定方法达到相对合理、比较理想的统一。

AbstractAccording to following data about l91cases of the peripheral nerve injury and repair,we put forward that a reasonable assessmentshould consist of motor, sensory and autonomicnerve indexes.Theassessment of motor func- tion should be distinguished according to thesite of the nerve injuty.We adoped Lovett’smethod for the nerve injury at wrist and mi- dlow of forearm and BMRC mcthod for thenerve injury at upper forearm or other nerve. The standard which the BMRC grading is tajscd19 reasonableaDdtIy tO achieve anideal and unified method,which has kept bal-ance Lovett and BMKC evaluated indexes.
