耳后皮瓣及耳廓组织瓣转位修复颜面部的应用解剖

APPLIED ANATOMY ON TRANSPOSITION OF THE POSTEROR AURICULAR FLAP AND THE AURICULAR TISSUE FLAP FOR THE REPAIR DEFECT OF THE FACE

在３０例标本上观察了耳后皮瓣及耳廓的血液供应。耳后功脉供应该瓣，并与颞浅动脉顶支有丰富的吻合。耳廓外侧面前部由颖浅动脉供应，后部及内侧面均由耳后动脉供应。讨论了临床应用的有关问题。

AbstractThe blood supply of the posterior auricularflap and the auricle were observed on 30 spe-cimens. The posterior auricular artery, suppliesthis flap and forms rich anastomosis with theparietal branch of the superficiaI temporalartery, The anterior part of tbe lateral aspectof the auricle is supplied by the superficialtemporal artery, the posterior part and themedial a spect of the auricle are supplied bythe posterioraruicular. The concerning problemsabout the clinical application were discussed.
