摘要 用Wistar大鼠观察Laminin.Fibronectin或CollagenⅣ失活时神经段内巨噬细胞的行为及对周围神经再生的影响。结果表明:巨噬细胞的快速清除,有利于再生轴突的良好生长;但巨噬细胞促轴突生长的能力,只表现在轴突再生早期,受基膜成份失活影响而长期滞留在组织内的巨噬细胞对轴突生长并无促进作用。认为位于基底膜管外的单个再生轴突,可能因没有雪旺氏细胞或基膜的保护和营养作用,而遭巨噬细胞侵袭或吞噬。 AbstractThe behavior of macrophagcs and theireffects on pctiphctal nerve regeneration in the nerve grafts of laminin,fibronectin orcollagen IV inactivation were observed inWistar rats The results showed that the fast elimination of degraded tissues by macrophages benefited the growth of regeneration axons;but the macrophages promoted axon growth only in the early stage of regeneration,and they showed little helps on the axon after they retained a long time in the grafts wheninactivation of the factors in basal larnina.Itis considered that the naked axons growhgoutside the basal lamina scaffold rnight beattacked or phagocytosed by macrophages be-cause they have no basal lamina seaffold pro- tected andbse nutrition from Schwann cells.The origin of the macrophages and their dis- tinguish ability were also discussed in the paper.
