摘要
１９８９年７月～１９９３年１２月，应用小腿内侧岛状皮瓣，修复足踝部软组织缺损３１例。皮瓣完全成活３０例，失败１例。皮瓣面积最大１６ｃｍ×８ｃｍ，最小５ｃｍ×３ｃｍ，经随访效果满意。针对小腿内侧岛状皮瓣的特点和手术要点进行讨论。
AbstractFrom July l989 to December 1993,31cases of soft tissue defect in foot and apklewere repaired with the medial island flaps ofleg.Of these ol flaps, 30 survived completely,and one failed.The maximal size of the flaps is 16×8cm,and the minimal 5×3 cm,All ofthe patients have been followed up and the results were satisfactory.
