摘要
应用躯干部皮瓣９种１０２例均成活，其中移植７０例，移位３２例。急诊修复１２例，晚期修复９０例。术后随访５年均获得满意效果。对躯干部皮瓣特点及应用选择等问题进行了深入细致的探讨。
AbstractIt was performed 9 kinds of skin flapsand myocutaneous fiaps in 102 patieilts whichfree flaps and transfer flaps were 70 and 32cases respecfivcly from l984 to l989 in ourhospital.Among of them, emergency treatmentwere l2 cases,the others were not elnergency.All flaps were survived.The appearance of flapswas sartisfactory after 5 years follow-up.Thecharacteristics and it's application on flaps oftrunk were discussed in detail by the authors.
