断指再植一体化系列功能康复

SERIES OF FUNCTION REHABILITATION FOR REPLANTATION OF AMPUTATED FINGERS

自１９８９～１９９２年采用一体化系列功能康复措施进行断指再植２８５例（指），这一措施把每个断指再植的治疗过程都紧密结合在一起，使病人得到不间断的连续治疗，形成了新的功能康复体系，取得明显效果。结果表明：术后６个月时，２５８例（指）恢复了原工作（９０．５％），１２例（指）功能明显改善（４．２％），１５例（指）功能无进一步恢复（５．３％）。

Abstract285 cases with digital amputation were treated with replantation in which a series of measures of the functional rehabilitation were adopted from l989 to 1992.Those measures were a continous processes in-cluding operative therapy,early restoration and latefunctional rehabilitations so that patients could receiveconsecutive treatrnent.Excellent effects were required using this new function rehabilitatlon system,The re- sults indicated that 258 cases went back their former work(90.5%),12 cases got obvious function improve ment(4.2%)and 15 cases got no further recovery(5.3%) 6 months postoperation.
