前臂皮瓣修复口腔肿瘤缺损同期桡动脉重建

APPLICATION OF FOREARE FREE FLAP ON O-RAL CAVITY DEFECT AND RADIAL ARTERY IM-MEDIATE RECONSTRUVTION

自１９８４年以来，应用以桡动脉为血管蒂的游离前臂皮瓣移植，修复口腔内肿瘤切除术后缺损２７例，其中采用不同血管替代物同期进行桡动脉重建术９例，取得满意效果。对选用前臂游离皮瓣修复口腔缺损的适应证、应用自体静脉或人工血管同期修复桡动脉缺损方法的选择、影响血管移植效果的因素及重建术后桡动脉监测方法进行了讨论。

AbstractThe authors report their experience with forearmfree flap transplantation for oral cavity defect and radi-al artery immediate reconstructibn, 27 cases of intrao-ral tumor were removed and reconstructive defect withbrearm free flap , which immediately repaired with 2types vascular substitute on 9 cases. One type is artifi-cial blood vessel were used on 7 cases,another type isartificial blood vessel were usedon 7 cases.anothertype is autovein were transferred by great saphenousvein on 2 cases。No necrosis in all free flaps and suc-ces full recons truction of radial artery. The operativeindcation, selection of vascular substitue,observationof reconstrutive radial artery were discussed in this pa- per.
