摘要
利用自动化图象分析仪对31例人体肝癌进行了13项形态参数的定量分析,以探讨肝细胞性肝癌的病理客观诊断和分级定量标准。定量分析结果,首次发现Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级肝癌可根据核大小分为小孩(Ⅱα和Ⅲα)和大核(Ⅱb和Ⅲb)两种亚型,很可能为两类不同生物学行为的肿瘤;统计分析结果显示,13项形态参数中有12项指标可用于鉴别良恶性细胞。
n order to explore the criteria for an exact pathological diagnosis and grading
of humanhepatocellular carcinoma,we determined l3 morphometric parameters of 3l
cancer,using anautomated image analyser.It was found that grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ tumors
could be dividedinto two subtypes,i.e. small-nucleus type(ⅡαandⅢα) and larger-nucleus
type(ⅡbandⅢb)based on the nuclear size.They might be two dissimilar kinds of cancers with
differentbiological behavior. Statistic resuIts showed that l2 parameters could be used for
thedifferentiation between normal and malignant cell, and 5 of them,such as nuclear
diameterand others, might be regarded as the characteristic morphometric parameters for
gradingtumors of this kind.These would serve to discriminate and grade hepatic cancer for
practicalPurposes.
