摘要
采用抗上皮细胞膜单克隆抗体（抗ＥＭＡ单抗），对６５例胃癌患者的骨髓血进行了免疫组化染色，发现阳性细胞的检出率为５８．４６％（３８／６５例），统计学分析表明，阳性细胞的检出率与胃原发癌的细胞分化程度，与胃癌部位，ＴＮＭ分期和患者的年龄有关，与ＣＥＡ对照研究表明，胃癌患者骨髓血中ＥＭＡ染色阳性细胞检出率明显高于ＣＥＡ染色阳性细胞检出率（Ｐ＜０．０１）。随访结果表明：ＥＭＡ阳性患者３年生存率明显减低。而且在死因中与血行转移有关。认为本研究对判断胃癌预后有重要的临床价值。
he Authors used anti-epithelial cell mambrane antibody(anti-EMA)and
immunohistochem-ical stan to examine the bone marrow blood of 65 patients with gastric
cancer, and found thedetection rate of positive cells in 58.46%(38/65). Analysis revealed the
detection rate of positivecells was related to the degree of cell differentiation, the location of
gastric cancer, the TMNstaging and the patients’age. As compared with CEA control study, the
detection rate of EMApositve cells in the bone marrow blood was significantly higher than that
of CEA positivecells(p<0.01).Follow-up results indicate that three year survival rate of EMA
positive patientsdiminished markedly. Moreover, the cause of death is related to blood
dissemination. The authorsbelieve that the study has important clinical value in predicting the
prognosis of gastric cancerpatients.
