右半结肠补片回肠拖出术治疗全结肠型先天性巨结肠症

Right Colonic Patch Graft procedure in Healpull-through-Anorectal Sheath for Total Colonic Aganglionosis

右半结肠补片回肠拖出术治疗全结肠型先天性巨结肠症４例，由于保留了一段右半结肠，有利于水、电解质吸收，提高了疗效。本组４例均治愈出院，随访１４～３０个月（平均２２个月），排便基本正常。

The article reports the right colonic patch graft procedure in 4 cases with total colonic aganglionosis(TAC)treated by ileal-pull-through the anorectal sheath. A big pediacle patch of right colon in the terminal ileum is good for absorbtion of water and electrolytes in children with total colon resection.All the 4 cases of TAC were living and well and passing normal stools at the follow up for 4to 30 months(mean 22 months)postoperatively.
