儿童肱骨髁上骨折切开复位术后肘内翻畸形

Cubitus Varus Deformity Following Open Reduction for Supracondylar Fracture of the Humerus in Children

１９７５～１９８６年收治并行切开复位的儿童严重型肱骨髁上骨折６１例，经远期随访发现肘内翻畸形３０例，占４９．１％。其中尺偏型１８例（６０％），桡偏型３例（１０％），中间型９例（３０％），尺偏型发生率较高。着重讨论了肘内翻畸形的发生机理、早期诊断及预防治疗。

Sixty-one children with supracondylar fracture of humerus were treated by open reduction from 1975 to 1986.Following-up investigation showed cubitus varus deformity in 30 patients(49.1%),of them,ulnar deviation in 18 cases(600%).radial deviation in 3 eases(100%),and others in 9 cases(30%).Pathogenesis.early diagnosis,prevention and treatment of cubitus varus are discussed.
