The Pathological Changes of the Contralateral Descended Testis in Wistar Mice With Unilateral Undescended Testis

摘要 将Wistar雄性日龄14天幼鼠复制单侧隐睾(右侧)模型,在日龄28,50和100天时处死,取两侧睾丸。以日龄配对的未手术组和模拟组作对照。结果日龄28天和50天时隐睾组对侧已降睾丸(左侧,contralateraldescendedtestis,CDT)的重量、容积、平均精细管直径(meanaeminiferoustubulediametre,MSTD)和睾丸活检评分(testicularbiopsyscore,TBS)与两个对照组左侧睾丸差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。日龄100天时CDT的重量和容积与两个对照组左侧睾丸差异无显著意义(P>0.05);CDT的MSTD253.5±36.1μm,TBS3.63±0.52分;未手术组和模拟组左侧睾丸的MSTD分别为303.3±17.7μm和303.0±16.6μm,TBS9.58±0.24分和9.6±0.14分,CDT的MSTD和TBS与两个对照组差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。流式细胞计数生殖细胞DNA分析,日龄28天时CDT的两倍体细胞群(diploid,2C)30.08%±9.97%;未手术组左侧睾丸2C75.51%±1.76%,两组差异有显著意义(P? Gubernaculum of right testis was divided in 36 Wistar mice at 14 days age. Bilateral orchidectomy was performed on 28 days, 50 days and 100 days of age respectively. The changes in weight, volume, mean seminiferous tubular diameter (MSTD), tubular biopsy score(TBS)and DNA of germinal cells of contralateral descended testis (CDT) were observed. No significant change was found in weight, volume.MSTD and TBS of CDT at 28 and 50 days age (P>0.05). At 100 days age, there was still no change in weight and volume of CDT(P>0.05). But there was remarkable change in MSTD and TBS(P<0.01). In flow cytometry, a remarkable reduction of uniploid at 28 days age (P<0. 01) ,and reduction of diploids at 50 days age (P<0. 02) and 100 days age (P<0.01). It is concluded that there are definite pathological changes of contralateral descended testis in Wistar mouse with unilateral undescendant testis.
