便携式B型超声仪在儿科急腹症中的应用

The Use of Portable B-mode Ultrasound in Acute Abdomen Among Children

应用便携式Ｂ型超声仪辅助诊断急腹症８０例，其敏感性为９２．３％，特异性为９６．４％，准确率为９３．８％，阳性预测率为９８．０％，阴性预测率为８７．１％。提倡外科医师掌握便携式Ｂ超仪，使之成为急腹症诊断的科学手段，成为门诊急诊、病房的随身工具。

Eighty children with acute abdomen were examined by portable B-mode ultrasound. The accuracy of diagnosis was 93. 8%. he sensitivity 96. 4%, the specificity 93. 8%, and the positive and negative predictive value were 98. 0 % and 87. 1%respectively.It is suggested that as an important way of diagnosis of acute abdomen in children, portable B- mode ultrasound ought to be mastered by surgeons themselves and to be a handy tool popularly used in emergency wards and emergency clinics.
