先天性肌性斜颈B超表现的动态观察

Ultrasonographic Follow-up of Congenital Muscular Torticollis

对３１例有胸锁乳突肌包块和２０例无包块初诊为肌性斜颈婴幼儿，每２月进行Ｂ超检查，发现超声表现与病理变化相符，与正常比较超声影像可以是强回声、中等回声或低回声。随访发现持续强回声是肌肉组织纤维化的表现，不均质回声可变为均质，且回声减弱是预后好的表现。对该病超声诊断及超声在治疗随访中的作用进行了讨论。

Fifty-one children with congenital muscular torticollis, 31 of them with mass and 20 without were bimonthly followed up under ultrasonography for 18 months. The sonographic appearances of the mass are paralled to the pathological changes. It might be isoechoic or hypoehoic or hyperechoic, while the hyperechoic echotexture represented collagenous scar-like tissue. All kinds of heterogenous echotexture might become homogeneous. and the homogenous changing indicates good prognosis of muscular torticollis.
