冠状动脉粥样硬化对冠状循环中血浆内皮素水平的影响

Effects of atherosclerosis on the plasma endothelin levels

２３例冠心病患者和１０例冠脉造影正常者，于冠脉造影前即刻从升主动脉、冠状静脉窦取血，测定内皮素的浓度。结果显示两组间同一部位内皮素水平差异无显著性，同一组不同部位血浆内皮素水平差异亦无显著性；实验性兔髂动脉粥样硬化的近心端及远心端差异也无显著性，但动脉粥样硬化血管组织内的含量及其ｍＲＮＡ的表达却明显升高，说明冠脉局部病变组织内内皮素的增生明显增加，但并不影响血浆内皮素的水平升高。

Abstract Blood samples for the measurement of endothelin (ET) were withdrawn simultaneously from ascending arota (AO),coronary sinus (CS) and iliac vein (IV)just before coronary angiography in 23 patients with coronary heart disease and 10 normal persons. The results showed that there were no differences in plasma ET levels in every site between both groups and no differences among AO,CS and IV in the same group.Model of atheroscierosis in rabbit iliac arteries were established and no differences in plasma ET levels between the proximal and distal parts of atherosclerosis were found.The contents of ET and expression of its mRNA in the lesion sites of the vessels,however,were higher in the atherosclerostic group than that in vessel of control group.These results indicated that the production of ET in atheroscierostic lesions was increased significantly but it has no effects on the plasma ET levels.
