血压持续偏高青少年红细胞内离子浓度及膜ATP酶活性的变化观察 被引量:5

摘要 我们测定了38例血压持续偏高青少年红细胞膜ATP酶活性和红细胞内阳离子浓度。结果表明:Na+-K+-ATPase和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性明显低于血压正常青少年。红细胞钠、钙含量,红细胞内游离钙水平均明显高于血压正常者。提示:青少年期血压持续偏高个体已存在细胞内钠、钙离子水平的改变,Na+-K+-ATPase和Ca2+-Mg2+-ATPase活性降低是血压持续偏高的重要环节,细胞内钠、钙的异常与高血压密切相关。 Abstract The ATPase activity of erythrocytic membrane and intraerythrocytic cations were examined in 38 school children with hypertension. The Na ̄+-K ̄+-ATPase andCa ̄2+-Mg ̄2+-ATPase were significantly lower in hypertensive children than in normal individuals.The cytosolic sodium, calcium, and free calcium concentration were markedly higher in hypertensive children. The results suggested that the hypertensive school children have disturbance of sodium and calcium in erythrocytes,and the reduced Na ̄+-K ̄+-ATPase and Ca ̄2+-Mg ̄2+ATPase activity may play an important role in the pathogenesis of essential hypertension, and abnormalities of ionic sodium and calcium are also closely related with the pathogenesis of essential hypertension.
