动力性心肌成形术骨骼肌脉冲训练刺激方法的初步体会

A preliminary experience of skeletal muscle pulsetraining stimulation for dynamic cardiomyoplasty

报告我国首例动力性心肌成形术应用的骨骼肌脉冲训练刺激方法。脉冲发生器为ＭｅｄｔｒｏｎｉｃＭｏｄｅｌＳＰ１００５Ａ。采用序贯式渐进性脉冲训练刺激，由术后第３周起，开始为一个脉冲，每２周增加一个脉冲。术后第１１周训练结束（６个脉冲），继续给予同步刺激，获得良好的心脏辅助效果。本文对骨骼肌耐疲劳训练转化原理，刺激器的选择，以及刺激过程中各种参数的调整进行了讨论。

Abstract The first case of dynamic cardiomyoplasty, using skeletal muscle pulse-training stimulation, in our country was reported. The pulse generator was CardioMyostimulator TM Medtronic Model SP 1005A. The sequential and progressive pulse-training stimulation program was adopted from postoperative third week to eleventh week.At beginning a single pulse was used and was increased one pulse every two weeks until the eleventh week(6 pulses/burst).The synchronous stimulation was continued after pulse-training program. The very good cardiac assistant effect was obtained in the patient.The theory of fatique-resistance transformation of skeletal muscle, the selection of stimulators, and the adjustment of various parameters in the course of stimulation were discussed in this paper.
