摘要
通过离体大白鼠心脏灌注模型,探索红花黄素的心肌保护及抗氧化作用。动物随机分为Ⅰ组(正常对照组);Ⅱ组(损伤组);Ⅲ组(加用红花黄素组)。结果:丙二醛(MDA)含量Ⅲ组明显低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Se-GSHpx)活性Ⅲ组明显高于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)释放Ⅲ组少于Ⅱ组(P<0.01);心功能和超微结构损伤Ⅲ组较Ⅱ组减轻。提示红花黄素有心肌保护及抗氧化作用。
The protective and anti-peroxidation effects of safflower Yellow on ischemic myocardium were studied on isolated rat heart models randomly divided into 3 groups. Group Ⅰserved as control. Group Ⅱ was only subjected to schemic arrest, while group Ⅲ received Safflower Yellow in addition. The results showed(1) MDA content in group Ⅱwas significantly increased as compared with group Ⅲ(P<0. 05 ):SOD and Se-GSHpx activities in group Ⅲwas markedly higher than group Ⅱ(P<0. 01 );(2)In comparison with group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ demonstrated a markedly less amount of CPK leakage(P<0.01),better recovery of cardiac function and notably less severe injuries of myocardial ultrastrures. This suggests that Safflower Yellow can reduce myocardial reperfusion injuries and preserve the cardiac function by inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
