布加综合征的介入性治疗

Interventional Treatment for Budd-Chiari Syudrome

应用介入性治疗—即经皮经腔特别穿刺针破膜球囊扩张成形术，治疗下腔静脉隔膜状阻塞或短段狭窄型的布加综合征。本组２６例，治疗总有效率为８４．６％。无严重并发症或死亡率。作者详细介绍了规范化的操作方法，破膜要点，指出治疗的适应证及禁忌证。

In a 7-year period(1987～1993),percutaneous transluminal balloon membranotomy(PTBM) was performed in 26 patients with Budd-Chiari syndrome,including 9 cases of complete membranous obstruction of inferior vena cava(IVC) and 17 cases of incomplete membranous obstruction or short segment narrowing of the IVC.There were 21 men and 5 women,ranging in age from 19 to 45 years.The total success rate was 84.6%.There was no serious complication or death.The method of performance was introduced in detail.The indication and contraindication were also pointed out.
