摘要
在２３６例自身免疫性溶血性贫血（ＡＩＨＡ）患者中检出Ｅｖａｎ＇ｓ综合征４７例，占同期ＡＩＨＡ发病率的１９．９％。免疫分型以ＩｇＧ＋Ｃ＿３型最多，Ｃ＿３型较ＩｇＧ型偏多。对３０例随访复查发现。经药物及手术治疗后，大部分患者Ｈｂ及ＢＰＣ均有明显上升，其Ｈｂ上升的程度均优于血小板上升的程度，且较稳定。Ｈｂ上升的速度先于抗体或补体下降的速度。免疫分型也可发生改变。
mong 236 patients with auto immune hemolytic ane-mia (AIHA) , 47 (19. 9 %) were diagnosed as Evans syn-drome. Immunoclassifying results showed that the fre-quency order was IgG + C_3>C_3>IgG subtype. The re-sults of follow-up in 30 patients showed that the levels ofHb and platelet were sigificantly elevated after treatmentwith drugs or splenectomy in most of cases. The increaseof Hb was greater and more stable than that of platelet ,and the increase of Hb is more rapid than the decrease ofantibodies or coniplement. After treatment, the im-munosubtype conversion might occur in some cases.
